Two versatile sealants – now more practical packaging
With the new 310g cartridge, MANNOL expands the usage options for its trusted Gasket Maker Black and Red sealants. The new larger packaging provides more content, more comfortable handling, and precise application with standard presses – making it ideal for longer use in workshops and DIY projects. Both versions impress with their temperature resistance, strong adhesion to various materials, and quick skin formation in just 10 minutes.
“The demand from the market was clear: powerful sealants, but in a larger format and easier to apply. With the 310g cartridge, we deliver exactly that,” says MANNOL’s product development team.
Reliability Meets Versatility
Both silicone-based sealants are solvent-free, resistant to oil, coolants, water, and chemicals – they replace traditional gaskets and remain permanently elastic even under vibration and temperature changes. Their strong adhesive power ensures a secure hold on smooth, non-porous surfaces.
Gasket Maker Blackis resistant up to 230°C and is ideal for universal sealing. It provides strong adhesion to materials like metal, plastic, glass, and ceramics while staying flexible under pressure. Skin formation starts in about 10 minutes.
Gasket Maker Reds designed for applications under constant heat stress – such as exhaust systems or cylinder heads. The red sealant withstands temperatures up to 300°C, also becomes surface-dry in about 10 minutes, and forms a permanent, elastic seal.
The products are available internationally – in the new 310g cartridge as well as the compact 85g tube.
