The Founder: Juri Sudheimer
Juri Sudheimer founded Sudheimer Car Technik-Vertriebs GmbH in 1993 with a clear vision: to create a lubricant brand that combines uncompromising quality with an optimal price. This vision became the foundation for the MANNOL brand. Today, MANNOL is a market leader in numerous countries, driven by a powerful e-commerce presence on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Autodoc.
A complete brand relaunch during 2023-2024 introduced a modern, three-color canister system (brown, blue, and green) with minimalist vehicle illustrations. This distinctive visual identity has become a USP of the brand, ensuring MANNOL is instantly recognizable on shelves and screens worldwide.
Now MANNOL is defined by more than its global business and production facilities in Lithuania and the UAE. The brand’s identity is decisively shaped by Juri Sudheimer's personal passion for sports. A devoted hockey and basketball fan, he translates this competitive spirit into active support for motorsport and automotive culture through high-profile partnerships, including Haupt Racing Team (2021-2024) and SPS automotive performance (since early 2025).

Product Variety and Service Offering
The product range includes engine and transmission oils, additives, coolants and brake fluids, greases, as well as technical sprays and industrial oils. In addition to high-quality products, MANNOL offers its partners comprehensive support – from technical training and sales support to digital tools for optimal product selection and ordering.
In-house Production and Laboratory Expertise
MANNOL lubricants are produced in the company’s own facilities. The entire production process – from raw material selection and formulation to filling – is carried out entirely in-house under strict quality controls.
A patented blending process ensures an optimal and consistent mixture of base oils and additives, while automated blending systems control this process precisely. Fully automated filling systems ensure secure packaging of the products.
Each product batch undergoes a three-stage quality inspection according to ASTM standards: after blending, the chemical composition is tested; during storage, a stability check is performed; and before filling, final compliance with all specifications is ensured. Samples are archived for up to three years to guarantee long-term quality control.
In addition to lubricant production, MANNOL also manufactures its own plastic and metal packaging to ensure consistent availability and short delivery times. The packaging design is also developed in-house – with a focus on ergonomic handling, intuitive product navigation, and a clear brand identity.
Proprietary ESTER Technology for Maximum Performance
We have developed our own ester technology and use it in many lubricants to ensure optimal performance. These synthetic esters adhere particularly well to metal surfaces, reduce friction, minimize wear, and improve thermal stability. As a result, MANNOL ester oils provide reliable protection under extreme conditions and extend the service life of engines and transmissions.
Logistics and Global Distribution Network
Thanks to a global logistics network with warehouses on several continents, MANNOL offers high product availability and short delivery times. In addition to lubricants, the product range also includes filters, car care products, brake pads, wiper blades, and other vehicle components.
Through close cooperation with distribution partners, the MANNOL team not only supports product selection but also helps identify the most suitable products for each region and organizes transportation. Furthermore, it provides targeted marketing support and assistance with legal requirements.

MANNOL has been involved as a sponsor in various sports – from motorsports to football, basketball, and other disciplines. The brand is also represented at international trade fairs to present its technologies and solutions for a wide range of applications.
Sustainability is an important part of the company’s strategy. Increasingly, renewable energy is used at production sites to reduce CO₂ emissions. In addition, MANNOL cooperates with specialized recycling companies such as PARTSLIFE to ensure the environmentally sound disposal and recycling of used oils and workshop waste. End users can properly dispose of used lubricants – for example, in Germany through authorized collection points, recycling centers, or directly at dealers who are obligated to take them back.
