MANNOL Strengthens Distribution: New Logistics Center in Braunschweig Optimizes Lubricant Supply for Central and Southern Germany
The new site serves as a key hub for distributing MANNOL products to Central and Southern Germany.
MANNOL continues to expand its global distribution network. Alongside its existing logistics center at the company’s headquarters in Wedel near Hamburg, the lubricant manufacturer now operates another forward-looking logistics center in Braunschweig. The new site serves as a key hub for distributing MANNOL products to Central and Southern Germany. The facility provides around 7,000 square meters of space for storage, order picking, and shipping, offering more than 8,900 pallet spaces.
The technical infrastructure of the highly modern logistics property has been tailored to MANNOL’s specific requirements. At its core are automated processes, digital booking systems, and the integrated handling of dropshipping orders. A new, scalable packing station further accelerates shipping operations. Thanks to these optimized workflows, customer orders can be processed just in time and prepared for dispatch.

The new logistics center has already been in operation since summer 2025. Following the successful ramp-up phase, the facility can now load and unload up to 15 trucks per day for key-account business. To ensure consistently high delivery capability, the five-story racking systems permanently stock more than 2,000 different product variants—from engine and transmission oils to a wide range of operating fluids and specialized products for industry and trade.
MANNOL’s decision for Braunschweig was driven by the site’s central location and excellent transport links in the Querumer Forst industrial park, close to Braunschweig-Wolfsburg Airport. Via the nearby A2 motorway, key sales regions can be reached quickly. At the same time, the site offers efficient logistical connections to MANNOL’s headquarters in Wedel and to the production plants in Lithuania. As a traditional automotive region, Braunschweig also provides access to qualified skilled workers and creates ideal conditions for further growth.
