MANNOL launches new 4-Stroke Motorbike 10W-60
MANNOL is expanding its motorcycle portfolio with a new high-performance oil engineered for modern four-stroke engines. MANNOL 4-Stroke Motorbike 10W-60 was developed specifically for demanding sport and off-road use. Thanks to its innovative, ester-based formulation, it delivers maximum protection during high RPM, jumps, stop-and-go riding, and other extreme conditions.
Beyond Enduro, Motocross, Trial and Supermoto bikes, the new 10W-60 is also suitable for heavily loaded four-stroke engines in quads, scooters and other small- and light-motorcycles—whether air- or liquid-cooled, with or without an integrated gearbox, and with wet or dry clutches.
Proven ester technology for maximum performance
At the heart of 4-Stroke Motorbike 10W-60 is MANNOL’s proprietary ester technology, already proven in several of the brand’s high-performance products. The fully synthetic formulation helps maintain a stable oil film under extreme shear and reliably buffers thermal spikes. Lubrication stays consistent during extended high-RPM operation, rapid load changes and elevated ambient temperatures. Precisely tuned friction characteristics support wet-clutch performance: shifts feel clear and repeatable, while slip is effectively prevented.
Cleanliness, stability and protection in every condition
A modern additive package promotes clean combustion chambers, free piston rings and intact valves. Cold starts are easier, and performance remains stable even under sustained load. Viscosity stays consistent across the entire temperature range—from cold winter starts to the heat of summer race days. The oil also features low volatility, high foam resistance and dependable corrosion protection. Seals and hydraulic tappets operate smoothly and reliably thanks to the optimized formulation.
