Fully synthetic (PAO-based) transmission fluid with ultra-low viscosity, specially developed for modern dual-clutch transmissions with oil-immersed (“wet”) clutches (DCT – Dual Clutch Transmission), requiring Shell Spirax S5 DCT 11 type of fluid with a kinematic viscosity at 100 °C (KV100) of approximately 4.1-4.3 mm²/s. In particular, for preselective transmissions manufactured by Great Wall Motor and installed in HAVAL, GWM, Tank, WEY, Poer and other Great Wall vehicles.
Product properties:
• A unique low-viscosity PAO base fluid of the highest quality, combined with a multifunctional additive package, retains all its properties over a wide temperature range: provides good lubricating properties at low winter temperatures (-48 °C and below) and maintains a stable lubricating film under extreme loads and high summer temperatures. As a result, it guarantees reliable operation under severe operating conditions, ensuring stable transmission performance under high loads and temperatures, in start-stop city driving and other demanding road conditions;
• A high-tech additive combination provides good anti-friction properties for gear meshes and unsurpassed friction characteristics for friction elements, ensuring significant fuel savings, smooth, stable and jerk-free gear shifting, precise torque transmission and extended service life of all transmission components (friction clutches, hydraulic actuators, synchronisers and gear sets);
• Possesses increased oxidation and thermo-oxidation stability, as well as excellent resistance to high-temperature thermal degradation, reducing deposit formation, extending the fluid replacement interval and transmission service life, while reducing maintenance costs;
• Demonstrates excellent resistance to destruction (shear/viscosity loss). Maintains viscosity under high mechanical loads, ensuring stable fluid operation and reliable lubrication of critical transmission components;
• Reliably protects against wear. Helps minimise wear of gears, bearings, clutch components and other heavily loaded transmission parts;
• Protects ferrous and non-ferrous alloy metal parts from corrosion both during operation and during downtime;
• Effectively resists aeration and foaming;
• Ensures excellent compatibility with sealing materials, preventing swelling, hardening and shrinkage, thereby reducing spare parts costs and preventing leaks;

The formulation of MANNOL DCT 11 Fluid has been developed considering the characteristics of Shell Spirax S5 DCT 11, KunLun DCTF-11, Lopal DCTF 11X, Great Wall SEID OIL 5W-11, Easiest SEID OIL 5W-11 and RAVENOL DCT-LV Fluid, making it suitable for applications where these fluids are specified.
