A modern winter additive for diesel fuel, developed to improve low-temperature fuel properties and ensure reliable engine operation under severe winter conditions. Effectively prevents diesel fuel thickening, paraffin crystallization, and clogging of fuel filters caused by wax deposits formed at low temperatures.
Advanced depressant-dispersant technology modifies the formation process of paraffin crystals and prevents them from sticking together into larger structures that can restrict fuel supply. This significantly improves the low-temperature performance of diesel fuel, reduces the Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), and maintains fuel pumpability even at extremely low temperatures.
Suitable for all types of diesel fuel, including summer and winter grades, and for all types of diesel engines (naturally aspirated and turbocharged) with any fuel systems, with or without diesel particulate filters and catalytic converters.
In addition to enhanced low-temperature properties, the product contains a complex of lubricity improvers designed to compensate for the reduced lubricating properties of modern low-sulfur diesel fuel. Provides effective protection for high-pressure fuel pumps, injectors, fuel rails, and the upper part of the cylinder-piston group against wear, friction, and scuffing.
Integrated detergent-dispersant components actively clean and prevent the formation of deposits, carbon buildup, and varnish contamination on injectors. This ensures an optimal spray pattern, improves fuel combustion, reduces exhaust smoke, stabilizes engine idle operation, and helps reduce fuel consumption.
Properties:
• prevents diesel fuel thickening and paraffin crystallization;
• reduces the Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP) down to -36 °C and the pour point down to -47 °C of diesel fuel;
• prevents clogging of fuel filters and fuel lines by paraffin crystals;
• ensures reliable and fast low-temperature engine starting;
• improves fuel combustion efficiency, burning completely without forming carbon deposits and ash residues;
• contains detergents that keep fuel system components clean;
• provides additional lubrication for the upper cylinder area;
• neutralises water condensate in the fuel tank, preventing ice plug formation in the fuel system at sub-zero ambient temperatures.
Application:
Shake thoroughly before use. Add to diesel fuel or directly into the fuel tank before each refuelling or immediately after refuelling, starting from autumn, at a ratio of 1:500 (450 ml of antigel per 225 l of fuel or 1 l of antigel per 500 l of fuel). Self-mixing.
Attention! The additive fully demonstrates its properties only when mixed with diesel fuel at a temperature above the freezing point of the fuel. If the additive freezes, warm it to room temperature so it becomes suitable for use again. The additive may only be added to fuel when in liquid form.
This product is not intended for use with surrogate diesel fuel or with any types of heating and marine fuels.
